proposals for new opportunities. Help the sales team to submit robust
proposals that are less likely to be rejected by clients.

- Advise sales teams on costing and pricing of proposals and services.
Advise on cost allocations and apportionments to develop robust pricing
models. Negotiate fee for services with clients and ensure every
contract is profitably priced.
